In February, 2010, Trevor St. John attended The MCG Night of White which celebrates the children and families that have been treated by the Medical College of Georgia and to raise funds for pediatric care at MCG. This is what he wrote about his experience there
"Being a parent for the last three years I could only imagine the emotional struggles of those parents who ' s children are suffering from disease. I was especially moved by the story of Brennan Simkins , a local child battling Acute Myeloid Leukemia. His bravery and that of his parents was astounding. "The Art Of Getting Over It" Screening: 5th NYC Downtown Short Film Festival - Audience Screenings - Friday, March 6th

Trevor St. John's short film (directed by Dan Gauthier), "The Art of Getting Over It" will be screened at two upcoming film festivals: in Los Angeles, December 29th, 2008 at the Beverly Hills Hi-Def Film Fest. and in New York City, Sunday January 4th at the New Filmmakers Festival.
